2010 Maui Matsuri

The 10^th Annual Maui Matsuri scheduled for May 14-15, honors Japanese cultural traditions with its annual theme of “Kodomo No Tame Ni (for the sake of the children).” Young and old alike will delight in this year’s offerings of art, entertainment, contests, crafts and food. Scholarship Applications Now Being Accepted

Japanese Cultural Society of Maui President Keith Regan today announced that the organization is accepting applications for its annual scholarship to be awarded to a Maui County graduating high school senior who promotes and perpetuates the Japanese culture through education and/or the arts.
